3. Client Responsibilities

In order to ensure the smooth service delivery to ensure that we can provide the Services you want, you accept to the following terms:

• Correct Information: The information you provide is current, accurate, and complete information necessary for the operation of the Services.
• Access to HTML0: You agree to grant us access to your website or analytics social media accounts and any other platforms required to carry out SEO and digital marketing.
• Acceptance of the Content: You agree to quickly go through and accept any information, strategies, or ideas that we provide.
• Payment: You agree to pay in a timely manner according with the terms you have agreed on in your service contract.

Additionally, you agree not to engage in any activities which could negatively affect the effectiveness of our Services which includes but not including but not limited to manipulating the search engine ranking or engaging in illegal SEO practices.

4. Payment Terms

• Pricing: The cost for Services will be stated in a contract or proposal with you and AI SEO XPERTS LLC. All charges are subject to changes based on scope of work, the additional services that are requested, and other elements.
• Billing: Invoices will be issued in accordance with the payment plan agreed by the parties to the service agreement. The terms of payment may differ based on the service provided.
• Late Payments: Late payments could be subject to interest at the per-month rate that is [insert number of percentage percent per month or the maximum amount allowed by the law applicable to you. If the payment is not received within [insert date of payment the specified timeframe, AI SEO XPERTS LLC reserves the right to stop or end Services.

5. Confidentiality

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: The designs, content, and deliverables created by AI SEO XPERTS LLC in the process of providing services remain the exclusive property that belongs to AI SEO XPERTS LLC until the entire amount for these services has been received. After payment has been made in total the intellectual property rights could transfer to you, subject to the conditions outlined in the service contract.
• Third-Party Tool: If tools, third-party software or resources are utilized to deliver these services (e.g. analytics or advertising platforms) you accept to respect the conditions and conditions of the third-party service providers.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Even though AI SEO XPERTS LLC strives to offer the highest quality SEO and digital marketing services, we can not warrant specific results such as precise rankings or traffic figures. SEO is a continuous process and outcomes may differ due to factors beyond our control, such as changes to the algorithm of search engines and market competition and the trends in the industry.

8. Limitation of Liability

In the fullest capacity permitted by the law, AI SEO XPERTS LLC will not be held responsible for any incidental, indirect or consequential damages or loss of income, profits, or data that result from the use or inability to make use of our services even if we’ve been aware about the potential for the possibility of such damages.

Our liability for any claim that arises out of or connected to these Conditions and Conditions is restricted to the total amount that was paid to us for the particular Service that is in dispute within 3 months prior to the date of the claim.

9. Indemnification

10 .SMS Terms & Conditions

SMS Consent Communication:

The company reserves the right to stop or end our services immediately if we discover that you do not follow these Conditions and Conditions, for example, failing to pay on time or in violation of any provision related to ethics in SEO.

11. Force Majeure

AI SEO XPERTS LLC shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay to fulfill one of the obligations in the terms of this contract due to factors beyond our control, including but not restricted to the acts of God, natural disasters, government action strikes, strikes, or the failure of an internet service provider.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Conditions and Conditions will be governed and constructed according to law of state in Maryland. Any disputes that arise from or related to the Conditions and conditions will be settled by an arbitration binding in the Oxon Hill State of Maryland and you accept to be subject to the court jurisdiction in the location you reside in for reasons of enforceability.

13. Miscellaneous
